Roll of 160 printer labels for printing patient results on CardioChek PA/Plus, typically patient results are printed in duplicate on two labels where one is given to patient and other is adhered to patient chart or records.
Customers with a used CardioChek PA are eligible for the following upgrade programs:

After placing the order online or by phone, TMS will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This RGA documentation will need to be sent with the used CardioChek PA to TMS. Once TMS receives the used CardioChek PA along with the correct paperwork, TMS will send our your new Silver CardioChek PA or CardioChek Plus.
