Return Policy

All returns must be in original factory packaging, undamaged, not expired, and in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase date.  Products that have been opened or have a broken seal are not returnable. All parts and manuals must be returned. All product returns must be accompanied with a RMA form authorized in advance by TMS. The maximum return allowance can not exceed $1000 unless otherwise specified in writing by TMS in advance of the sale.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.

TMS charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items unless TMS determines we are in error.

Outgoing Shipping:  Outgoing shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Package:
If the package was damaged by the shipping carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.), please call or email us immediately upon receipt so that we can file a claim with the corresponding carrier.  TMS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Shipping:
 TMS is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective, TMS will promptly exchange and send a return label or UPS call tag for the return or refund your return shipping costs.

RMA (Return Material Authorization): An RMA number is required on all returns. MUST Call TMS for an RMA number and RMA form on instructions on how and where to return your order. All returns without an RMA number are subject to our 30 day return policy and may not be honored. If the return is honored, a 20% restock fee will be applied. If the return isn’t honored the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Defective Items: All defective items must be confirmed defective with the factory, if found defective a replacement will be sent or an RMA issued for return.

Special Ordered Items: All items that are special ordered are non returnable.  Short-dated Cardiochek Lipids or short-dated drug test supplies can NOT be returned.

Refused Shipment: All refused shipments, without prior approval, will be subject to a 20% restock fee. The customer will be responsible for outgoing and return shipping charges.

RETURNS:
Additional Return Requirements:
- An RMA number and form is Required. Please fill in detailed explanation about your return in the RMA form.
- When returning your order please write on the outside of the return label your RMA number.
- All returns must be in original factory packaging and undamaged
- All parts, including manuals and batteries, must be returned
- All packaging must be returned
- Manufacturer's product packaging must be in reusable shape with no marking or stickers applied.

All products returned MUST be returned in the same type of package that it was originally shipped in by TMS.  So, if your product was sent in a box, it MUST be returned in a box.  If you product return is damaged in transport, YOU are responsible for the product.  We suggest insuring your return package against any possible shipping accidents.- Customer is responsible for return shipping. Accidentally misrepresented product

We request that you always read all of the manufacturer's printed instructions and information that ships with the products we sell. As such, if you detect any discrepancies between our website information and the manufacturer's printed material please return the product immediately WITHOUT using it and call TMS and/or email returns@testsymptomsathome.com about the discrepancy.

Dissatisfied with a product
In the rare event that you are completely dissatisfied with a product that we sold you then please email returns@testsymptomsathome.com about your product dissatisfaction and we will examine your complaint and forward it to the appropriate people that manufactured the product. We will then email detailed instructions back to you as to how to seek a refund back from the manufacturer. Please note that money refunds stemming from product dissatisfaction are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer. Please note that most manufacturers will only exchange/replace confirmed defective products within the warranty period of the specific product(s).  Please note that lab based tests require specific amounts of blood, hair, urine or saliva.  Neither TMS nor the manufacturer is responsible if the lab receives an insufficient amount of a specified sample that can cause the lab to deem the test incomplete or insufficient.  All of the products that we carry require specific instructions to be followed for accurate home or lab testing.  Neither TMS nor the manufacturer is responsible if the test instructions are not followed properly.
