there are no 100% accurate home health tests that we know of. Furthermore, many
health tests are actually a screen for certain medical condition or symptom and
not for any particular disease. So, it is important to understand that if you
test positive for some medical condition, symptom or disease, then always contact
your physician immediately and ask to be re-tested again.
Our product selection as it relates to FDA jurisdiction
We always try to provide only FDA approved and cleared home health tests
if that particular type of health test falls under the United States FDA
jurisdiction. However, certain types of home health tests that we sell do
not legally require FDA approval or clearance. For example, home health tests
like the Early Alert Alzheimer's Screening Test does not
require any type of body fluid or test specimen and therefore does not fall
under direct United States FDA jurisdiction. For these types of home health
tests that do not fall under direct FDA jurisdiction, there is no way to use the
FDA to measure the effectiveness of some of the home health tests that we sell.

Product returns (if we have accidentally misrepresented a product on

We request that you always read all of the manufacturer's printed instructions
and information that ships with the products we sell. As such, if you detect
any discrepancies between our website information and the manufacturer's printed
material please return the product immediately WITHOUT using it and email returns@testsymptomsathome.com
about the discrepancy. Once we confirm the information discrepancy that you
emailed us, we will refund your money in full as quickly as possible.
Product returns (if you are completely dissatisfied with a product that
we sold you)
In the rare event that you are completely dissatisfied with a product that we
sold you then please email returns@testsymptomsathome.com
about your product dissatisfaction and we will examine your complaint and
forward it to the appropriate people that manufactured the product. We will then
email detailed instructions back to you as to how to seek a refund back from the
manufacturer. Please note that money refunds stemming from product
dissatisfaction are the sole responsibility of the product manufacturer.
All other types of product returns are subject to 20% restocking fees
The two paragraphs above explain special product return situations where no
restocking fees will be assessed. Other than these two special circumstances,
all other product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please
note that we cannot accept normal product returns if the product's packaging

instructions back to you on how you should return the product.

Some tests, namely BTAstat, require that a doctor's prescription be
faxed to us before we can fulfill your order,
Note nearly all the products we sell do not require a doctor's prescription. For
those tests that do, namely BTAstat, please complete your order on this website
and then fax your doctor's prescription to 1-775-703-6393. We will then enclose
a copy of the prescription with the product we ship to you and instruct you to enclose it with
your specimen that you will mail back to the laboratory. If a doctor's
prescription is required, then this will be stated in the product's Features &

Manufacturer product liability
All product warranties and product liability are the sole responsibility of the

Order Processing & back-order policies
We try our best to keep adequate inventory levels in order to ensure fast and
dependable shipments. However, there are rare occasions when an inventory supply
of a particular health test is depleted. In these cases, we will email you
within two business days to inform you that the product is back-ordered. If
you wish to cancel your order for the product that is back-ordered then you must
reply to our email within 24 hours of it being sent and state what action you
want us to take. If you are OK with that product being back-ordered then you
can ignore our email message to you.
Shipping
We make every attempt to ship all orders as fast as possible. The
processing time of an order is completely separate from the shipping time,
therefore, to estimate delivery time, please consider the following factors:
The time an order is received by our office is sometimes delayed up to 24 hours,
unless it is over a weekend or holiday, to which could be up to 72 hours.
The processing time of the order and the actual delivery time of the shipping
company. Our sales office is open Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST.
Please note shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be
refunded for any reason. If the address information is entered incorrectly
at the time of placing an order and is corrected by UPS or USPS, there will be
an additional charge made to the card holders account for this correction.
This charge will only occur if this was an error on the person placing the order
online and not in our error. This charge will be credited after the order
has left our premises and we have been billed by UPS or USPS. For these
type of charges, each case will be investigated to insure that the error was not
made on our end. In conclusion, upon reading this statement you are in
agreement to Test Medical Symptoms, shipping and charging policies. Please
be sure that all address information is entered correctly, to insure the correct
delivery of your order and no additional fees. In the event there was an
error made, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.
Expedited Shipping
Shipping methods such as USPS Priority and Express and all UPS services are
considered expedited shipping. Our cut off time for expedited services is
2pm EST Monday - Friday.
Confidentiality of your personal information
We will always ship products to you discretely. All packages are shipped with
