PTS 15ul Plastic Capillary (25 collectors)
Instructions:

1. FILLING
DO NOT SQUEEZE FILLS AUTOMATICALLY
- Stick finger with lancet to obtain a drop of blood.
- Hold pipet up to the blood drop (see picture) and touch the pipet tip to
the blood drop.
- The blood will flow up to the line and stop. Keep filling until filled to
the line.
NOTE: If the pipet is not filled to the fill line, it will not dispense.
2. DISPENSING
To dispense the blood onto the test strip:
- Place the test strip so that the ribbed side is facing up. Line up the tip
of the blood-filled pipet with the white reaction circle on the ribbed side
of the test strip.
- Hold pipet above the white reaction circle and squeeze firmly to dispense
the entire drop of blood (see picture). Do not touch tip to test strip.
Note: If the drop will not dispense, place your finger over the air vent
while squeezing.
NOTE: The pipet may be helpful in collecting and dispensing blood. A pipet is
required when testing with multi-test strips. However, pipets are not required
to test with single result test strips.
- Use 40 ul capillary blood collectors with 3-panel test strips
- Use 30 ul capillary blood collectors with 2-panel test strips
- Use 15 ul capillary blood collectors with single-panel test strips
