Use this form to enter in your order number or assigned tracking number. UPS Tracking will not work until we have shipped your order and downloaded your information to UPS. Most orders can be tracked within 24 to 48 hours. Should your order not come up in the UPS system, please try again in 2 hours or us for assistance. Please note: Select items may be shipped direct from the factory, in this case no UPS tracking will be supplied.

Shipping Information:
Test Medical uses UPS for most of their shipping needs.

On most Test Medical orders, customers will receive a UPS tracking number by e-mail. However, when an order is drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, an e-mail notification may not be provided.

UPS only ships to street addresses and will not ship to a PO Box.

Every effort is made to process and ship in-stock items the day the order is received. Orders received after 2:30 P.M. EST time may ship the sameday or will ship the following business day. For urgent deliveries, please call to confirm shipping.

The Test Medical web site automatically calculates shipping cost based on standard shipping algorithms. We reserve the right to make the necessary corrections due to an electronic error. If the corrected amount results in a higher shipping fee of over $5.00, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment.

Many of our products ship factory direct. Some manufacturers require a minimum order and may charge for broken cartons. Some manufacturers will not ship less than a full case lot. Some bulky items may require an additional freight amount above what is shown in our system. In this case you will be notified ASAP. You will also have the option to cancel the order at that time.

Orders drop shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse may experience longer transit times depending on the location of the manufacturer's warehouse.
