Quick Reference Guide
- Avoid eating, smoking, and exercising 30 minutes before
taking a reading
- Remove tight fitting clothing from your upper arm.
- Sit in a chair so that your arm is at the level of your
heart.
- Pull the cuff up above your elbow 1/2 in.
- Tighten the cuff around your arm.
- Press on/off button
- When the heart symbols appears, press the START button,
and keep your arm still.
- When the monitor is finished it will display your blood
pressure, pulse rate, and the cuff will auto deflate.
Battery Installation-Replacement
- Slide the battery cover off in the direction of the
arrow.
- Install-Replace 4 "AA" size batteries. Match the
polarities ("+" "-") with the device
- Replace the battery cover
The Memory Function
- This monitor has a memory capable of storing 14 sets of
readings. Every time you complete the measurement, the
monitor automatically stores Blood Pressure and Pulse Rate.
- Push the "M" button to recall stored readings while the
Heart symbol is displayed.
- When the memory is holding 14 sets of readings, the
oldest set will be deleted to store a new set.
- To DELETE all stored readings, press the "M" and START
buttons at the same time. You can not delete the stored
readings partially.
