(Related Alleged Fathers) 

The GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity (Related) test is used for cases when two alleged fathers are closely related and only one is being tested.

This product is actually a test option for both the standard and priority GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity tests. The best way to understand how this option works is best explained by the following examples:

Situation #1.) If two different men are related and alleged to be the father of a child and only one of two are being tested, then you should order one GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity Test (standard or priority) and one GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity (related alleged fathers) test option.

Situation #2.) If two different men are related and alleged to be the father of a child and both men are willing to be tested, then you should order one GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity Test (standard or priority) and one GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity (additional alleged father) test option. You should NOT order a GeneTree DNA Personal Paternity (related alleged fathers) test option.
