Testing Supply Guide
About Blood Collectors
15ul capillary blood collectors are highly recommended
for 1-panel tests used by any CardioChek ST analyzer.
Glass capillaries and plungers are sold separately. Plastic capillaries do not
require a plunger.
30ul capillary blood collectors are mandatory for
2-panel tests used by CardioChek PA analyzers
40ul capillary blood collectors are mandatory for
3-panel tests used by CardioChek PA analyzers
About Lancet Devices
Both our single-use and reusable
lancet devices are capable of being adjusted so that between 15ul to 40ul of
blood can be collected for 1,2, or 3-panel tests. Reusable lancets and the
attachable lancet tips are sold separately.
About Test Controls
The Multi-Chem control and the HDL
test control are optional purchases for the home user and are typically
purchased later. Low volume professional health screeners should purchase
both of these test control within a few months after initial analyzer use. High
volume professional health screeners should purchase both of these test control
the same time as the initial analyzer purchase.
