| The power indicator does not illuminate |
- Be sure the AC Adaptor is securely plugged into the electric outlet. Make sure the connection stand is correctly attached to the main unit.
- Follow the diagram for proper placement of batteries
- Replace both worn batteries immediately
- Recharge NiMH batteries with a commercially available charger

| The power indicator is illuminate but does not nebulize |
- Slightly slant the main unit towards you ON/OFF button pointing down.
- Be sure mesh cap is closed tightly.
- Be sure that their is no liquid on the top of the mesh cap. If visible remove with a soft cloth to absorb.
- Fill the medication bottle with the proper of prescribed medication. Max. = 7ml.
- Check for any liquid that may have collected around the electrodes of the main unit. Absorb with a soft cloth.
- Replace same type batteries with Alkaline or charged NiMH batteries
- Low Nebulization rate may indicate that it is time to replace mesh cap

| The unit is on, however Nebulizes weekly or is taking to long for treatment |
- Make sure the medication bottle is properly installed.
- Follow directions for cleaning after each use.
- Follow directions for disinfecting.
- Replace batteries per installation instructions.
- Nebulization rate may very based on the medication used.
