| The device does not operate |
- Make sure that the plug is properly inserted into the device.
- Make sure that the AC plug is properly fitted into the electrical outlet.

| The device is on but nebulizes weekly |
- Make sure the nebulizer is seated or check for proper air tubing connection; repeat the procedure of insertion as described in the manual.
- Make sure the nebulizer is in an upright position during use. Do not tilt beyond 30 d,
- Check whether the nebulizer is empty.
- Clean or replace the nebulizer as described in the CLEANING & MAINTENANCE section.
- Check whether the air filter is dirty or obstructed. If necessary, replace it as described,

| The device is on but does not nebulize |
- Make sure the micronization blue cone has been placed inside the nebulizer chamber.
- Check whether the medication has been poured into the nebulizer.

| The device does not work and the light indicator is red. |
The thermal protector has been activated for the following reasons:
-the device has been operating beyond the operating conditions indicated in the manual.
-the device has been operating near heat sources or in hot environments.
Let the unit cool down for at least 40 minutes, wait until the red light turns off and turn the unit on again. |
| The device is noisy |
- Check that the filter cover is correctly positioned and covers completely the filter seat.
