  3. Review the Memory setting
  4. Review the A.P.S. (Advanced Positioning Sensor) section
  5. Set the Alarm
  6. Set the Date and Time
  7. Apply the Wrist Blood Pressure Cuff
  8. Place your wrist by your heart, do not move
  9. Press the start button
  10. Review the graph and memory sections
