Brief overview of test instructions: Simply wipe on test pad after bowel movement. Peel and flush biodegradable tissue liner to dispose. Fold test in half to seal sample. Add 4 drops of developer to test pad. Observe for blue color change that indicates a positive result 
Note: Always read instructions enclosed with test kit for more detailed instructions
Diet restrictions required by test: Following items should be avoided 3 days before testing: more than 250mg daily of vitamin C, red meat, most raw fruits and vegetables, rectal suppositories. Each of these can cause false positives 
Time before test results are known: Read results after 30 seconds but within 2 minutes 
Suggested frequency to test again: Once a year if over 40, once every 6 months if you have a family history of colon cancer 
Does test require a doctor's prescription: No doctors prescription required 
Accuracy of test: Specificity = 96% 
Sensitivity of test: Sensitivity = 92%
