BACKGROUND
The Detect Now family of drug detection field test kits are reliable, user and environmentally friendly field-test reagents for the establishment of probable cause. These products aid in attempting to detect and identify the presence of illegal drugs such as Cocaine, Crack, Marijuana, Methamphetamine and Heroin. A positive test indicates the probability that an illegal narcotic is present. However, there are occasions when these tests will show false positive readings for uncontrolled substances. Thus, all positive reactions should be submitted along with the untested evidence to a forensic or qualified laboratory according to your particular agency's evidence handling protocol. These products offer several distinct advantages:

  Narcotic identification products have been available to law enforcement personnel for a number of years.
