• Remove the sampling unit from the plastic bag.
• Remove the plugs from both ends,
• Attach the unit to your vacuum hose,
• Vacuum an X in every room from corner to corner, over carpet and hard flooring.
  (do not sample furniture),
• Remove the sampling unit from the vacuum, replace the plugs, re-insert unit into plastic bag,
• Mail to the Mold Chek accredited laboratory for analysis (using the postage-paid mailer).
