Brief overview of test instructions: Apply three drops of self-collected blood droplets to the collection card, fill out authorization form, mail the form and collection card in postage-paid envelope to BioSafe CLIA-certified laboratory. 
Note: Always read instructions enclosed with test kit for more detailed instructions
Time before test results are known: typically 72 hours after specimen arrives at the lab

Test precautions: Once you have collected your blood sample do not store the sample at or above 50C or 122F for more than 12 hours.
