Your doctor must interpret the results of your Hemoglobin Alc test results and together with your doctor you should establish your next Hemoglobin Alc goal. Remember the results of this test reflect an average blood glucose level during the last 2 to 3 months. Testing your Hemoglobin Alc is not a substitute for regular visits to your doctor. You must consult with your doctor to discuss the above results.
