Step ONE: Fill out the form
that is included in your Archcrafter CustomComfort kit. |

Step TWO: Tear off the back
part of the box. |

Step THREE: Get ready to step
onto the foam casting. |
 |
Step FOUR: Press your heel
onto the foam casting first. Just as if you were taking a step while
walking. |
 |
Step FIVE: Continue pressing
the rest of your foot onto the foam casting. Just as if you were taking
a step while walking. |
 |
Step SIX: Walk out of the foam
casting. Just as if you were taking a step while walking. |
 |
Step SEVEN: Check the foam
casting to ensure you pressed your foot correctly. |

Step EIGHT: Place your foam
castings on either side of the cardboard divider. Foam casting side
should face the center of the box. This helps to protect it during
shipment. |

Step NINE: Close your box and
adhere the included Priority Mail label over the end of the box. The
placement of the label is important, to ensure that no one has tampered
with your box while going through the mail. |
 |
Step TEN: Adhere the included
shipping label to the back side of the box, covering a lot of the text
on the box.
