Get ready to step onto the foam casting.

Press your heel onto the foam casting first. Just as if you were taking a step while walking.

Continue pressing the rest of your foot onto the foam casting. Just as if you were taking a step while walking.

Walk out of the foam casting. Just as if you were taking a step while walking.

Check the foam casting to ensure you pressed your foot correctly.

Place your foam castings on either side of the cardboard divider. Foam casting side should face the center of the box. This helps to protect it during shipment.

Close your box and adhere the included Priority Mail label over the end of the box. The placement of the label is important, to ensure that no one has tampered with your box while going through the mail.

Adhere the included shipping label to the back side of the box, covering a lot of the text on the box.
